Product Queries

  1. Are all Devi’s product(s) hand tooled / crafted?

    Most of Devi’s product(s) are hand tooled/ crafted by skilled craftsmen. Please note that tool marks, imperfections in polishing, color variations, and enameling are inherent elements in all hand crafted/ tooled products.

Shopping/ Registration Queries

  1. Who can shop at (“www.devijaipur.com”)?

    To be able to purchase online at (“www.devijaipur.com”) “a customer” must be 18 years of age, a registered “member” of (“www.devijaipur.com”) and a resident of India.

  2. Is registration compulsory?

    Registration is compulsory only for those “customers”, who wish to purchase Devi’s “shop online” products. We are based at Devi, 103 Prithvi Apartments, Prithvi Raj Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302001 INDIA. Please feel free to make an appointment and drop in to view Devi’s entire range of products.

  3. As a member are my personal details secured?

    Please refer to our Privacy and Security Policy.

  4. How do I shop online at (“www.devijaipur.com”)?

    Please go to the “login” section on the top right hand corner and register as a member. Only registered members can purchase online.

  5. Can I edit or cancel my registration at any time?

    A member can access, review and/ or correct all of their personal information visiting the member login page. If a Member wishes to have their account deleted, the “Member” can send an email to request the deletion to (jaipurdevi@gmail.com).

  6. Under what circumstances can my registration expire?

    Generally member registrations do not expire. However, if your account has been inactive for 6 months or there is breach of security or misuse, as a security precaution we ‘may’ de-activate it. In such a case, we request you to send an email to state, “your last purchase order no” at (jaipurdevi@gmail.com).

  7. What if I have forgotten my Login Id/ Customer Id?

    Please click on the “forgot password” feature, located on the login page. A new password will be sent to the registered email address.

Payment Queries

  1. What payment methods can I use?

    The following methods of payment for purchases at (“www.devijaipur.com”) can be made through:

    • All Debit Cards
    • All Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard
    • Net Banking
  2. When would the payment be deducted from my card account? Would I be charged as soon as I complete ordering online?

    Yes, an amount equal to your total order value will be blocked against your credit/ debit card limit, as soon as you complete the transaction. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your full order, you shall not be charged for any items, which are not delivered to you, or shall receive a full refund for the amount of such undelivered items.

  3. Is Stop payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?

    Please report the incident to your card-issuing bank.

Shipping Queries

  1. What is the shipping policy?

  2. Do you delivery outside India?

    For international deliveries you can write to us at jaipurdevi@gmail.com and we will share the necessary details.

  3. What happens if is there is no one present at home when the delivery is made?

    The Courier Agent will make 3 (three) delivery attempts and thereafter hold the parcel, at a holding station at an additional cost, which will be paid by the customer directly. Please email or call us for details for the Courier Agent’s Holding Station in your city. An incorrect postal address, submitted at the time of registration will incur extra shipping costs.

  4. How do I track the order?

    A member will need to login in with their username and password. They can track the parcel by click on “my order history” section.

  5. Does the product price include shipping charges?

    Yes the Product Price, quoted is inclusive of shipping charges, VAT, sales tax and Octroi.

    For deliveries to destinations not covered by the Courier Agent, charges and estimated delivery times will differ.

    For volume shipping please contact us for availability and shipping delivery charges.

  6. What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?

    Orders are shipped within 5 working days excluding Sundays and national holidays on confirmation of payment. Depending upon the destination, normally a delivery of a parcel will take between 48 to 96 hours to reach from date of shipment from the dispatch office in Jaipur.

    If you are ordering our products for a special occasion, please keep a buffer of 9 Working Days excluding Sunday and/or any national holidays, from the date of placing the order.

  7. I live in India, but I am getting a message that you do not deliver to my PINCODE, how can I order?

    Please contact us about such exceptions. We shall do our best to accommodate your requests. If the order has been shipped, extra shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

  8. Who will pay the charges for the return shipment?

    Please refer to our Refund & Return policy.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  1. Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?

    There is no limit. Should you wish to order more than 5 pieces in any style, we request you to contact us at jaipurdevi@gmail.com on availability of stock and volume shipping charges.

  2. How can I cancel my Order?

    Please refer to cancellation exceptions, in the Refund & Return policy.

  3. What if the order arrives damaged?

    Please refer to the Shipping policy and/ or Refund & Return policy.

    If you believe that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. Please take a photograph of the tampered or damaged packaging and send an email to (jaipurdevi@gmail.com), mentioning the order reference number. We shall do our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

  4. What is your return and refund policy?

  5. Do I need to pay shipping charges for any items returned to you by courier?

    Please refer to our Refund & Return policy.

    The Customer will incur all shipping charges, including any octroi or local taxes for returning the product to Devi.

    Product(s) being returned are the sole responsibility of the customer.
