Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agree to abide by the below-mentioned terms & conditions.
In an unlikely situation wherein the product delivered is a damaged product or a different product than the one ordered, it is our responsibility and customers need to be rest assured we will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
All Devi Jaipur products are handcrafted. Every product is carefully inspected for any defects before being shipped out. Please allow for slight variation and inclusions in our stone jewelry. We primarily use natural stones in our products; hence inclusions should be cherished and considered the testimony of their natural origin and not looked at as defects. Care must be taken to protect the product from tarnishing. Please store all jewelry in the air-tight bags provided by us during the sale. Devi Jaipur does not offer a lifetime warranty on tarnishing.
In the odd case that you do not love your ordered products, here is our policy on returns:
Please note that we follow stringent quality control before any item is shipped to our customers. As a policy, we do not provide an exchange or return on any product once sold. In case you receive a damaged product or a different product (the product does not match the item in the order confirmation), kindly drop us a mail with your Order ID. We shall try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest.
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS
- If the product material is cracked or broken on receipt of the said product by the customer. In such case, the product must be returned to Devi Jaipur unused/ undamaged, in the original packaging, along with the care instructions, box, ribbon (if any), and original invoice or gift receipt within 02 days. Please note that the product is your responsibility until they are returned to Devi Jaipur at the following address: Devi Jaipur, 103 Prithvi Apartments, Prithvi Raj Road, C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302001 INDIA.
- Product used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted as returns and hence no money will be refundable.
- The customer will incur all shipping charges, for returning the product to Devi Jaipur.
- The product being returned is the sole responsibility of the customer till it is delivered & received by Devi Jaipur.
- Product damaged or misplaced by the courier company in transit when a customer is returning a product will not be accepted as a return and no money will be refunded.
- Some products that are made to order or are customized are not eligible for returns.
- Kindly note that prepaid orders will not be eligible for cancellation. The customer agrees not to dispute against the policies made by Devi Jaipur and accepts Devi Jaipur's decision regarding the cancellation.
- If the customer doesn't like the product design, exchange/return will not be accepted. We suggest that you read the product description and check all the photos before ordering. If necessary, you can also contact us for more information about the product.
- Some color differences can be there owing to the screen resolution of the device used by you and the camera lights. Kindly do not expect a replacement or refund of any kind for it.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange for the SALE/MADE TO ORDER category.
- All the sales, discounted, or brought with a coupon/gift voucher purchase are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Kindly note that international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges but until the order is delivered it is our responsibility.
- In an unlikely situation wherein the product delivered is a damaged product or a different product than the one ordered, please reach out to us immediately and we will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest for you.
- Refunds on international orders do not include import duties, taxes and shipping charges paid by customer.
- We offer international shipping through India Post (EMS) for all international orders, unless specified otherwise.
- The orders can be tracked at https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ or at the destination countries postal website.
- We offer standard delivery shipping for all international orders and since it is international shipping, therefore, shipment delivery can be delayed due to the international shipping service. Also, the delivery timings are not fully controllable by any individual. No refund will be given and no returns will be accepted for any delay.
- If there are delivery deadlines for your order then we will suggest contact us before ordering.
- The India Post (EMS) is one of the best international shipping services. Please do not worry if the tracking does not show regular status updates, the shipment will be delivered for sure.
